If you go to the in-game store on BLOPS 2 on the account that doesn't have the DLC does it say "Purchased"?

So when you try to join a match under the "Nuketown 2025" Playlist does it prompt you with a message telling you that you don't own this DLC?

No. The Nuketown 2025 works fine. Just the Nuketown Zombies and Revolution arent showing up even though I purchased it on my account. It shows up only on other peoples accounts. It says purchased in the store.

oh I apologize I misread, try these steps: 1) Go to the dashboard 2) Go to the settings tab 3) Click System 4) Storage 5) Select the storage device where the DLC is 6) Find Black Ops 2 7) Delete the DLC's completely 8) Re-download the 2 DLC's from the in game store. Let me know if this helps.

I tried that around 5 times and it didn't work. I know it's not corrupted either because there is no corrupt symbol and it works 100% fine on other accounts. I did purchase it with my account so something is very wrong. I even re downloader my profile and nothing happened.. :(

That's really weird that it would be working on all accounts but yours.
Just to be sure I understand:
- It's not greyed out or anything, it's just not showing as an option at all?
- And you purchased the content on the console you're using with your ExcellentJustin account?
I see you've tried redownloading your profile, but I suggest trying it again in this specific order. Sometimes this helps clear up stubborn issues:
- Delete your profile ONLY (do NOT delete profile and items).
- Clear your system cache.
- Restart your console.
- Download your profile.

Hmmm, this is seriously weird that it's not working on your account.
There's something else we can try, though.
Are you able to try downloading the DLC to a different storage device (like a different Hard Drive or a USB drive)? Downloading to a different storage device might register the content differently and allow your ExcellentJustin account to use it.
