A 27-year-old woman was charged with the deadly shootings of her mother and fiancé after telling Palm Beach Gardens police "the occult made me do this" Tuesday.Crews responded to a welfare check Tuesday morning when Andrew Sturm, an emergency room physician didn't show up to work.
